Welcome to BeeYOU Crafts! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BeeYOU Crafts. BeeYOU Crafts operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). BeeYOU Crafts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online store or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity associated with your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services. However, colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device, screen settings, materials used, or the handmade nature of certain products.

Due to the handmade and/or personalized nature of many BeeYOU Crafts products, slight variations may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities or availability where permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 3 - PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Many products offered by BeeYOU Crafts are personalized or custom-made specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted with an order, including names, spelling, colors, sizes, designs, personalization details and shipping information before completing the purchase.

BeeYOU Crafts is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Personalized and custom-made products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. BeeYOU Crafts reserves the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by applicable law.

Your order is not accepted until BeeYOU Crafts confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully received or authorized.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications after an order has entered production.

If we do not accept, modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information and/or telephone number provided with your order.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase and that all payment information supplied is accurate.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS AND STORE CREDIT

Due to the handmade, personalized and/or custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

BeeYOU Crafts does not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds to the original form of payment are not provided except where required by applicable law.

If you receive an item containing an error made by BeeYOU Crafts, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of the package being marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Once an issue has been reviewed and confirmed to be an error made by BeeYOU Crafts, we may provide, at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the affected item; or

  • Store credit for the value of the affected item.

Claims submitted after the applicable reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, personalization requirements, order volume, destination, shipping carrier and circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, including USPS, UPS or another shipping provider, the package is in the carrier's possession and control.

BeeYOU Crafts is not responsible for carrier delays, routing errors, weather-related or operational delays, packages lost while in the carrier's possession, packages marked as delivered but reported missing, or packages stolen after delivery, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

BeeYOU Crafts is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address when the address submitted by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.

If a package is returned to BeeYOU Crafts due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or another issue outside our control, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and are not issued as store credit except where required by applicable law.

If BeeYOU Crafts ships an order to an address different from the address correctly provided by the customer, or an error made by BeeYOU Crafts directly causes a shipping issue, we will take responsibility and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including trademarks, branding, original text, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, website content, original product designs and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to BeeYOU Crafts and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store, transmit, commercially exploit or otherwise use protected BeeYOU Crafts materials without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.

BeeYOU Crafts' name, logo, original designs and branding may not be used without authorization.

Third-party names, characters, trademarks, artwork, logos, designs or other intellectual property that may appear on or in connection with certain products remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms claims ownership by BeeYOU Crafts of third-party intellectual property.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.

Any use by you of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and discretion, subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant third-party provider.

We may offer new features, tools or resources through the Services in the future. Such features will also be considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain materials and links to websites operated by third parties.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, policies or practices of third-party websites you choose to access.

If you leave the Services to access third-party websites, you do so subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

Complaints, claims, concerns or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

BeeYOU Crafts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with BeeYOU Crafts.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and BeeYOU Crafts, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with BeeYOU Crafts.

SECTION 12 - PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information regarding your access to and use of the Services.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BeeYOU Crafts AND ITS AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
