Some products offered by BeeYOU Crafts may be available as subscriptions. This policy explains how subscription purchases, changes, and cancellations are handled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription from BeeYOU Crafts, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription frequency and duration selected at the time of purchase.
Your payment information will be stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged according to the subscription schedule you selected unless you have prepaid for the subscription.
Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You may manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription management options provided with your order or account.
Your order confirmation and/or subscription-related emails may contain a link that allows you to access and manage your subscription.
Cancellation of a subscription will apply to future recurring orders and charges that have not yet been processed.
Orders that have already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped before a subscription cancellation are not canceled or refunded solely because the subscription was subsequently canceled.
Any completed order remains subject to BeeYOU Crafts' Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Your Subscription
Where available, you may be able to modify certain subscription details through your subscription management page.
Changes must be made before the next order or charge is processed in order to apply to that upcoming subscription order.
Returns and Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy applicable to other BeeYOU Crafts purchases.
Canceling a subscription prevents eligible future recurring orders or charges; it does not automatically provide a refund for an order that has already been processed or fulfilled.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
